Canada-headquartered realtor administrations and investment management firm Colliers today reported the appointment of two chief chiefs, Jagadish Mahendran and B Muralidharan, for its project management business in Karnataka to lead Greenfield projects inside the locale.
An industry master and entrusted thought pioneer with over 22 years of involvement, Mahendran has solid specialized aptitude in business projects, blended use, private, top of the line fitouts, ace preparation, and foundation/public domain projects in GCC nations (UAE, KSA, Oman and Qatar) and India.
With a history of overseeing development activities of $5 billion, Mahendran joins Colliers from SNC Lavalin Company, Riyadh. Before this, he worked with some driving counseling and agreement organizations in India and abroad.
Muralidharan joins Colliers from Riviera Infraprojects, where he held the assignment of head working official. Before this, he was important for Adani Realty and Sobha, where he worked for more than 16 years, developing from an administration learner to associate VP projects.
