EnKash, a fintech startup, has announced the hiring of four leaders in various leadership positions. Lalit Arun, Abhishek Miglani, Krishna Kumar SV, and Amandeep Arora have all joined the spend management and corporate card dealing company as its new heads of alliances with banks and financial institutions, corporate alliances, and partnerships.
The appointments coincide with EnKash’s plans to reach its next stage of development by launching new enterprise-grade payment products and expanding internationally in the US and European markets.
“At EnKash, we are establishing a high-performance team with the product at its core,” stated Hemant Vishnoi, co-founder of the company. We warmly welcome these industry titans who will be leading their respective verticals during the Company’s scaling phase as we progress toward supporting the complete “Cards and Payments” spectrum with a line-up of new spend management services.
He further stated that the depth of their expertise in their various fields will be a benefit to the business and give EnKash an advantage in the cutthroat international marketplace.
Lalit Arun, who will oversee partnerships with Banks & Financial Institutions at EnKash, is the first name to enter the room. With more than 20 years of experience in the payments industry and exposure to many different functional and sectoral areas, he is an accomplished leader. His former employers include Creditas Solutions, Innoviti Payments, and HDFC bank.
Abhishek Miglani will manage EnKash’s key partners and channels across numerous business areas as the company’s new Head of Corporate Alliances and Partnerships. His experience spans more than ten years, and he has held positions with PwC, EY, and Boston Consulting Group in the past.
Krishna Kumar SV will be in charge of creating the operational strategy and putting the systems in place for a cutting-edge client experience in his new position. He has held executive positions at ICICI, American Express, HSBC, PhonePe, and Axis Bank. He has more than ten years of experience.
The responsibility for leading EnKash’s overall communications will fall to Amandeep Arora. She has worked as a communication and reputation professional for fifteen years. She had held positions with Policybazaar, Paisabazaar, MobiKwik, Docprime, Max Life Insurance, National Stock Exchange, Bajaj Capital, Radico Khaitan, Reebok, and Haier before joining EnKash.
EnKash now employs 120 people, but it just announced aspirations to increase that number by the end of the current calendar year. The company intends to deliberately raise its team strength to 500 within FY 23–24 in line with its anticipated expansion.
