HDFC Asset Management Company has announced the appointment of Navneet Munot as Managing Director & CEO.
According to reports, Munot, who is currently serving as Chief Investment Officer at SBI Mutual Fund, will succeed current Managing Director Milind Barve.
Commenting on the appointment, Managing Director, Milind Barve said, “The Board of Directors is pleased to inform that at its meeting held on November 16, 2020, has approved that Mr. Navneet Munot will be appointed as Managing Director & CEO of the Company and he will succeed the present.”
Speaking on the development, MD & CEO of SBI Funds Management, Vinay Tonse said, “Navneet has been part of this team of skilled and experienced senior fund managers and has overseen many of their achievements. We value his contribution to the organization and wish him the best in all his future endeavours.”
