Prof Victor Gambhir, President of JECRC University, has over 38 years of experience, with the majority being spent with some of the most esteemed educational institutes and universities across the country. He holds a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering and PhD in Quality in Engineering Education.
Prof Gambhir has served as Vice-Chancellor at Maharishi Markandeshwar, Ambala, JECRC University, Jaipur; Pro Vice-Chancellor and Director Planning at Manav Rachna International Institute of Studies & Research; and Joint Director in Technical Education Department, Government of Haryana.He is a Member of the American Society for Mechanical Engineers, Senior Member of the American Society for Quality, Fellow Member of the Institution of Engineers (India), a past President of the Haryana State Chapter and a Life Member of the Indian Society for
Technical Education. He has published around 15 research papers in international and national journals and
conferences and co-authored 5 textbooks related to Mechanical Engineering.
