Dr Bhaskar Das, Group President, Republic TV, has a management career spanning over 3 decades, which has rendered him an integrated exposure to areas such as line function, profit centre and brand management.

He began his career as a management trainee to being President, Response of BCCL and subsequently Group CEO of ZEE Media Corporation.

At Republic Media Network, he works in the area of strategy, monetization of group assets, and creation of IPs with the Fluid team (an SBU that co-create contextualised conversation and co-construction of experiences).

A certified tutor and speaker, he has addressed industry forums and reputed B-Schools such as Harvard Business School, The Wharton School, MIT, IIM, IIAS (Shimla), MICA (Ahmedabad), ISB etc. He is also Media Lab Mentor with MICA

As a Distinguished Professor of SPJIMR, he is engaged in creating properties that accentuate the Thought Leadership of the Institute as a brand and consequently influence management practices of corporate India.
