Shinde is a business start-up and expansion specialist with the ability to develop strategic and tactical solutions to build businesses from the ground-up.

Shinde has been honoured by the former Prime Minister of India Manmohan Singh for being a part of the Jewels of Punjab – Leading Global Punjabi Personalities 2017.

She received the ‘Women Entrepreneur Media Award’ by SNC Management, the Women Achievers Award of Excellence 2018 by FICCI FLO Kolkata and ‘Women of the Decade in Media and Social Change’ by Women Economic Forum 2017.

She was conferred the Punjab State Brand Leadership award 2017 and is a Dada Saheb Phalke Film Foundation Awardee ‘Woman Entrepreneur of the year for TV & Films’ 2016.
